men & their egos!

i was looking up 'how to hurt a man's ego' for reasons that must be discussed in another blog entry some other time when i have more time to really go into depth lol.. but people were sayin all types of things, tell him you never loved him, tell him his dick is small, tell him you faked orgasms, cheat on him, blah blah blah... but this excerpt by far, i thought was the perfect way to hurt a man's ego bc its OH SO TRUE!!!

"Forget the degrading words or the snide references to small body parts. Nothing hurts more than a person realizing he/she is absolutely insignificant to you when once upon a time you were actually after them.

With all your sense of politeness and maturity, act normal be yourself, be friendly (but don’t over do it) but give NO acknowledgment of any small possibility that he would make a difference in your life. You can play along with lines such as “I’m gonna give you a call, so we can hang out, ok?” with a wide, genuine smile… have him expect that you are just waiting for the honor of his presence… then do nothing of that sort. If you are face to face and at any point he responds to your openness (be it in a positive/negative way), instantly switch your attention to someone else or become suddenly too busy to talk, with a smile say “Hold that thought, I’ll be there in an instant”… then disappear.

It’s a game of mixed messages where you lead him to think you can’t live without him… and yet at the same time he blends in with the furniture. Eventually this leads the guy to finally make a move with the hopes of finding out once and for all if you are for real, and that’s when you do not answer the phone, do not see him… he just simply does not exist.

I have pulled this one on unbelievably arrogant men… some of them with an ego so rock-hard, it made diamonds look brittle. And sure enough, each one eventually broke down. One of them even called at 3:00amand poured his heart out… unfortunately it was too late for him.

Oh… just a note of advice: When you finally get that humble, apologetic call where he so sheepishly wants to know why you don’t give a damn about him and that he ‘misses you’.. don’t fall for it… remember: you just broke off his ego, but’ll grow back. "
